TURNKEY OPERATIONS
From beginning to end product service is one of QTS’s biggest advantages. A part
can be brought from the finalized design stage to the finished product, all with
in-house capabilities.
While QTS’s engineers and die makers are designing and building a customer’s tool,
initial parts may be cut on lasers and formed on a CNC press brake. This service
allows customers to receive small-volume runs of finished goods well in advance
of the completion of the tooling.
Many times QTS’s customers require outside processes for their products including
heat treatment, grinding, plating and painting. The company has an almost fifty
year history of developing and working with the very best companies who provide
these services. The selection of vendor partners is accomplished by screening them
to ensure they hold the same values as QTS when it comes to customer service, quality
and on time delivery.
