QTS has a complete punching and plasma cutting production center for heavy fabrications.
Recently we added a Whitney 3400 XP punch/plasma combination machine to our lineup.
Combining punching with the latest technology in plasma cutting, the Whitney 3400
XP features a fast, cost-effective process.. With 40 tons of hydraulic punching
power, this machine can handle a wide range of heavy fabrication needs.
Whitney 3400 XP capabilities:
- Can punch and plasma cut material up to .5" thick
- Accommodates tooling to punch holes up to 5" in diameter
- Punches and marks parts in one operation
- Offers faster cutting speeds, faster torch ignitions, faster drop door speeds
We also have a Finn Power TP3025 turret punch with right angle shear.
